These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa (Including POPIA,ECTA,CPA). Any user data (Names, contact details and other information) submitted through this
website, will automatically be stored in the FloTalent (Pty) Ltd database. We agree that it will not be shared or distributed to any 3rd parties, without prior consent, and is secured within the FloTalent database.

8. Refarral Bonus
Know someone perfect for one of our advertised roles? If you refer a candidate to FloTalent and they are successfully placed, you may qualify for a referral bonus of R2000. To be eligible, the referral must be for a specific role we are actively advertising, and the candidate must not already exist on our database.

The referred candidate will remain your introduction for 12 months.

Referral bonuses are paid only after the candidate has successfully completed our three-month guarantee period and once FloTalent has received payment from the client. All referrals are subject to our full Referral Bonus Terms & Conditions, and FloTalent reserves the right to determine eligibility.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
